Food Safety Recall: Les Îles en Ville recalls Sauce à spaghetti de loup marin / Sea bass spaghetti sauce (500 ml & 800 ml; Sold up to and including 23 March 2021) and Sauce à spaghetti à la viande / Spaghetti sauce with meat (500 ml; Sold up to and including 23 March 2021) because they have not been packaged and labeled in such a way as to ensure their safety.
Europe
OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION UPDATE (NORWAY): An outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis affecting 22 people (10 hospitalized) has been traced by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (NFSA) to a batch of contaminated beef imported from Germany. Separately, the NFSA has found Salmonella Typhimurium in a batch of pork from the same German company. No illnesses were associated with the contaminated pork.
