Allergy Alert: FSIS issues Public Health Alert for NEW SEASONS BRIGHT & FLAVORFUL HOMESTYLE PIZZA SAUCE with slow-simmered plum tomatoes (16-oz tub; Best if used by 3/26/23) due to undeclared anchovies, milk, ground beef and sulphites.

Food Safety Alert: FDA advises consumers not to eat, and restaurants and food retailers not to sell, and to dispose of oysters from Deep Bay subarea 14-8 landfiles in British Columbia, Canada (multiple locations; Harvested between January 16, 2023 and February 17, 2023) due to possible Norovirus contamination. Food Safety Recall: Jan Fruits Inc. recalls Taiwan Best Quality Enoki Natural Mushrooms (200g/7.05oz; All lots; Product of Taiwan) due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Consumer Product Safety Recall: Bindle Bottle LLC recalls Bindle Bottles brand insulated food and drink bottles (32 oz, 24 oz, 20 oz, and 13 oz sizes) due to a potential area of exposed lead located in the bottom storage compartment of the bottle.

Food Safety Recall: La cafétéria Chez Valère de l’Université de Montréal (Montréal, QC) recalls Rillettes de canard et porc / Duck-and-pork rillettes (Sold up to 20 February 2023) because they were prepared under conditions that may present a food safety hazard.

Allergy Alert (Austria): Billa AG recalls BILLA GENUSSWELT SPEKULATIUS CREME (200g; Best before 09-2023) due to undeclared peanuts.

Allergy Alert (Ireland): Boots recalls Boots Kids Daily Health Multivitamins Strawberry Flavour (30 gummies/pack; Batch code 82221103; Best before 17 May 2024) due to undeclared soy.

Allergy Alert (Italy): Glg srl recalls multiple Mascherpa brand Tiramisu’, cakes, cookies and other dessert products due to undeclared allergens. Please refer to the Italian government’s Richiami (recall) web site for a complete list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall (Sweden): Axfood recalls Garant färdiglagade köttbullar / Ready-made meatballs (350g: Best before 16.03.2023; 1 kg: Best before 12.03.2023 & 13.03.2023) due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Food Safety Recall (UK): Aldi recalls Plant Menu Organic Super Firm Tofu (200g; Use by 13 April 2023 and 14 April 2023) because of a temperature control issue that could potentially spoil the product, which may be unsafe to eat. The issue only affects product sold at a limited number of Aldi stores in the Midlands.

Food Safety Recall (Israel): The Green Magic” at Kfar Maimon D.N. Negev recalls Frozen Organic Wheatgrass Juice (All expiration dates) because the product was manufactured without a license and without pasteurization, in an improper sanitary condition, and medical properties were attributed to it.
