Public Health Alert: The Québec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAC) advises the public not to consume Ducktrap River of Maine brand Cold smoked atlantic salmon trim and Smoked wild sockeye salmon trim (454g) unless they are certain that the products were stored frozen. The products, which lack a mandatory “store frozen” instruction on their label, were sold at multiple retailers in the province of Québec.
Allergy Alert: Ecoideas Innovations Inc. recalls Lebby brand Dark Chocolate Chickpea Snacks (99g; Lots 817080 & 826972; Best by 20 JAN 2023 & 12 DEC 2023, respectively; UPC 8 55684 00623 3) due to undeclared milk. The recalled product was sold nationally.
Food Safety Recall: Côte St-Luc Bagel inc. (Montréal, QC) recalls all bagels (sold up to 23 November 2022) due to possible food safety concerns.
