Food Safety Recall: Freshline Foods Ltd. recalls Veggie Foodle brand Green Zucchini Whole Vegetable Noodles (340g; Batch code 218083; Best before 21AU18; UPC 8 09145 70000 0) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Europe

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (Sweden): Swedish Public Health Agency is investigating the source(s) of an increased incidence of human Campylobacter infections in the country. It is suspected that the increase is linked to an increased incidence of Campylobacter in poultry flocks.

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (UK): The Food Standards Agency advises consumers not to eat several pork scratching products, due to a link to an outbreak of Salmonella food poisoning. Testing has found a link to 176 reported cases of Salmonella poisoning across the UK between September 2020 and the present date.

Food Safety Recall (France): CINQ DEGRES OUEST recalls Cinq Degrés Ouest brand Chair de coque crue décortiquée surgelée / Frozen raw shellfish meat (shelled) (150g & 500g; Lot #200312F; Best before 15/03/2022) due to Norovirus contamination.

Food Safety Recall (France): LAGRUA INTERMARCHE recalls steak haché / ground steak (Lot 11201055; Use by 10/08/2021) due to shigatoxin-producing E. coli and Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
