OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION:FDA, CDC and state and local agencies are investigating an outbreak of ten cases of Listeria monocytogenes illnesses in eight states linked to consumption of Fresh Express Packaged Salad. Fresh Express has recalled multiple brands of packaged salad products (see below).
