The recalled products were sold unbranded and under a variety of brand names, including: Private Selection, Taylor Farms, Trader Joe’s, and Freshness Guaranteed. The products were distributed in 26 states to retailers including: Hannaford, Kroger, Stop and Shop, Target, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, and Whole Foods Market. Food Safety Recall: City Foods, Inc. recalls approximately 3,215 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) pastrami and corned beef products due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Public Health Alert: FSIS issues public health alert for meat and poultry products containing FDA-regulated jalapeños (Use by dates up to and including August 16, 2026) due to possible Salmonella contamination. The recalled products were sold under a variety of brand names, including: Deli Kitchen, H-E-B, Higher Harvest for H-E-B, Marketside, Meal Simple, RaceTrac, Ready Meals, Taylor Farms, and WaWa. The products were sold at Kroger/Dillons, Kroger, H-E-B, Walmart, RaceTrac, Albertsons, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Hannaford, and WaWa.
