Food Safety Recall: Everything Sprouts, LLC recalls Alfalfa Sprouts (distributed on or after May 27, 2026) due to possible Salmonella and shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) contamination. The recalled product has been linked epidemiologically to an outbreak of 55 cases of Salmonella and STEC in 15 states. The company has not released a list of affected lot or batch codes.
Food Safety Recall: Sirna and Sons Produce, Inc recalls Sirna & Sons Produce PEPPER JALAPENO BREAK (1 lb plastic bags; Lot Nos. 60947409, 60991812; Pack dates 07/13/26, 07/23/26) due to possible Salmonella Javiana contamination. The recalled product was distributed in Ohio and Pennsylvania (for food service use only).
