UK (Update): The UK Health Security Agency (HSA) reports a combined total of 586 cases of Salmonella Enteritidis as of September 15, 2026. The cases are associated with three outbreak clusters likely linked to consumption of imported eggs. Fewer cases have been reported over recent weeks, according to the HSA.
