Infant Formula Safety Recall: Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition recalls Nutramigen Powder, a specialty infant formula for the dietary management of Cows Milk Allergy (12.6 and 19.8 oz cans; Batch codes ZL3FRW, ZL3FPE, ZL3FXJ, ZL3FQD, ZL3FMH, ZL3FHG; Use by 1 Jan 2025; UPC 300871239418 or 300871239456) due to possible Cronobacter sakazakii contamination. The recalled product was manufactured in June 2023 and distributed primarily in June, July, and August 2023.
Food Safety Recall: Valley Meats, LLC recalls approximately 6,768 pounds of raw ground beef products due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.
