Allergy Alert: Regal Health Food International, Inc. recalls Regal Gourmet Snacks Milk Chocolate Raisins (16-oz tub; Best by 04/07/24; UPC 028744201002) due to undeclared peanut.
Allergy Alert: J.T.M. Provisions Company recalls Gordon Choice® Homestyle Chili Topping (5-lb boilable bag; Lot #230732002) due to undeclared soy.
Food Safety Recall: Wawona Frozen Foods recalls year-old packages of its Organic DayBreak Blend distributed to Costco Wholesale stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah and Washington from April 15, 2022 to June 26, 2022 because the DayBreak Blend includes organic frozen strawberries grown in Mexico which may have the potential to be contaminated with Hepatitis A. Food Safety Recall: Cricket Creek Farm recalls multiple cheese products due to potential for Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Pasteurization records did not illustrate the heating element reached required temperature. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION: CFIA reports that an unspecified number of cases of Norovirus gastroenteritis have been linked to Alasko brand IQF Whole Raspberries and IQF Antioxidant Blend. Please see recall notice, below.
Food Safety Recall: Apex Commerce Trade recalls Saladitos brand Lupini Beans (580 ml; Lot L 162091; Expiry 2025-AL-18; UPC 8 413295 800514) due to potential for grown of Clostridium botulinum. The recalled product was distributed in Quebec.
Food Safety Recall: New Alasko recalls Alasko brand IQF Whole Raspberries (1 kg & 5 kg; Lot HL22227; Best before 2024 AUG 15; UPC 6 95058 00205 4 & 1 069505 800205 1, respectively) and Alasko brand IQF Antioxidant Blend (1 kg & 5 kg; Lot 0052 041 2023; Best before 2023 OC 11; UPC 6 95058 27150 4 & 1 069505 827150 1, respectively) due to possible Norovirus contamination. The recalled products were distributed in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Quebec.
Europe
OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (Denmark): The Statens Serum Institut has now confirmed 28 cases of Salmonella Muenchen infections across Denmark since March 2023. The source of the outbreak has not yet been determined.
Allergy Alert (Austria): dennree Naturkost GmbH recalls dennree Gemüsebratlinge Brokkoli / vegetable patties with broccoli (160g; Best before 10.07.2023) due to undeclared soy.
Allergy Alert (UK): Warp Snacks recalls several Lentil Bites and Chips products due to undeclared gluten. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.
