United States

CORRECTION ISSUED FOR FOOD SAFETY RECALL NOTICE — RECALL RESCINDED: The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has determined that a laboratory error incorrectly caused last week’s recall announcement concerning lēf Farms “Spice” Packaged Salad Greens. The products from lēf Farms are safe and the recall has been canceled.

Allergy Alert: Albertsons Companies recalls Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (18 count; Sell through April 17, 2023; UPC 22786200000) due to undeclared peanut and soy.

Food Safety Recall: AH USA GROUP INC. recalls TW4115 Black Fungus (Nam Meo) product (2.5 oz; Sell by October 2024) due to possible Salmonella contamination after the California Department of Health finds three different Salmonella serotypes in samples of the product.

Food Safety Recall: Eastern Meat Solutions, Inc. recalls approximately 40,763 pounds of raw, boneless pork products that were not presented for import reinspection into the United States. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall Update: Lancaster Foods recalls seven already-expired Robinson Fresh, Lancaster, and Giant brand Kale, Spinach and Collard Green products produced at the company’s Jessup, Maryland facility due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Food Safety Recall: Mitten Gourmet, LLC recalls approximately 1,137 pounds of ready-to-eat pork rind products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

Allergy Alert: Boosh Food Inc. recalls Boosh brand Coconut Curry Cauli Bowl (275g; Product code 240628; Best before 23SE15, 24FE23 & 24JL05; UPC 8 55722 00002 5) due to undeclared milk.

Food Safety Recall: Les Délices de l’Impératrice (Daveluyville, QC) recalls three Les Délices de l’Impératrice products due to lack of storage temperature instructions on the product labels. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall: Loblaw Companies Limited recalls Natural Delights brand Medjool Dates (907g; Lot D-39573 PR 23; UPC 0 97923 54401 8) due to foreign matter contamination (insects).

Food Safety Alert: The Québec Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) advises susceptible consumers to avoid certain FROMAGERIE LE PTIT TRAIN DU NRD brand cheeses that were made from raw milk, but not identified as such on the product labels. (Bonaventure, QC) recalls MOULES FUMÉES ATKINS / Smoked mussels (Sold up to 12 May 2023) due to the potential for growth of Clostridium botulinum, and recalls two other products due to lack of expiration date labeling.
