Food Safety Recall: Chang Farm recalls Ding Hao brand Mung Bean Sprouts (10-lb bags & 12-oz pkgs; All Sell-by dates (10-lb bags) and Sell by May 7th, 2023 (12 oz)) due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

OUTBREAK ALERT (France): France is reporting five illnesses due to E. coli STEC O26:H11, including two cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome. The outbreak has been associated to the consumption of a fermented raw milk product.
Allergy Alert (Spain): AESAN alerts the public to the presence of undeclared milk in Nature’s Finest brand Peanut butter with chocolate chips (350g; Lot L0107; Expiration date 1/07/2023; Product of Slovenia).
