OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (Update): CDC reports 7 new cases of Listeria monocytogenes in an illness outbreak for which a source has not yet been identified. This brings the total number of cases in the ongoing outbreak to 18 cases in 15 states. Seventeen of the eighteen confirmed outbreak victims have required hospitalization.

Allergy Alert: Trong Foods International recalls Madras Curry Powder (4-oz bottles, 16-oz bottles, 4-oz bags; Best by 05052026TF) due to undeclared peanuts.

Allergy Alert: Summit Naturals recalls HighKey Mini Treats Birthday Cake (2 oz; Lot code 2216101 JUN102023; UPC 8 50020 43374 2) and HighKey Mini Treats Banana Nut (2 oz; Lot code 2216101 JUN102023; UPC 8 50020 43373 5) due to undeclared egg.
