OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION UPDATE: Washington State Department of Health is reporting four additional cases of E. coli O157:H7 infections, according to a report published in Food Safety News. The state has stated that the illnesses likely are linked to consumption of organic yogurt produced by Pure Eire Dairy
Public Health Alert Update: USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issues a public health alert for approximately 130,860 pounds of frozen fully cooked, diced chicken products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
