OUTBREAK ALERT UPDATE: CDC reports 78 Salmonella Enteritidis infections in 12 states linked to loose or bagged peaches packed or supplied by Prima Wawona or Wawona Packing Company LLC, or food made with these peaches. Twenty-three of the outbreak victims have been admitted to hospital.
