OUTBREAK ALERT: CDC is investigating a multistate outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes infections linked to deli-sliced meats and cheeses. Eight cases have been reported from four states, and there has been one death. Investigators have not yet tied the outbreak cases to a single source.
