Allergy Alert: Harris Teeter recalls HT Traders Mama Biscotti Mini Biscotti – Triple Chocolate (Sold since December 8, 2017; UPC 7203670827) due to undeclared almonds and hazelnuts.
Food Safety Recall: Nodine’s Smokehouse, Inc. recalls Smoked Salmon (1.5 lb and 8 oz packages; lot numbers 40173 and 33173) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The recalled product was sold nationwide in retail stores and through mail orders.
Food Safety Recall: Fresh Pak Inc. recalls specific lots of Sliced Apples due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Outbreak Alert/Food Safety Recall (UK): Sainsbury’s recalls Taste the Difference 4 pack Aberdeen Angus British Beef Quarter Pounders, Frozen (454g; Best before July 2018, September 2018 and October 2018) because a small number of customers have become unwell with E. coli O157 after consuming the product.
Allergy Alert (Finland): Lidl Suomi Ky recalls Isokari Lohipyörykän (Expiration February 2, 2018) due to undeclared allergy information.
