United States

Outbreak Alert: A Chipotle restaurant in Virginia is closed for cleaning after more than a dozen customers reported falling ill. Norovirus is suspected.

Food Safety Recall: Garden of Light, Inc. dba Gluten Free Solutions recalls Woodstock Organic Matcha Vanilla Oats (1.8 oz; SELL BY MAY 11 2018; UPC 0-42563-01786-6; manufactured by Garden of Light for Blue Marble Brands) due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The recalled product was supplied to retail stors nationwide.

Food Safety Recall and Allergy Alert: Bestherbs Coffee LLC recalls New of Kopi Jantan Tradisional Natural Herbs Coffee (13g; All lots) due to presence of desmethyl carbodenafil and undeclared milk.

Canada

Food Safety Recall: General Mills Canada Corporation recalls Yoplait Minigo brand yogurts and Liberté brand yogurts due to potential contamination with plastic pieces. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products, which were supplied to retailers nationwide.

Europe

Allergy Alert (Finland): Arvid Nordquist Finland recalls Del Monte Smoothie Raspberry and Del Monte Smoothie Mango ice creams (Best before 30 August 2018 and 31 August 2018) due to undeclared peanuts, nuts and milk.

Food Safety Recall (Denmark): Dagrofa recalls Gestus Pastasauce Classico (500g; Expiry date 23/03/2020) due to possible presence of glass splinters.

Asia, Africa and the Pacific Islands

Allergy Alert (Israel): Leiman Schlissel Ltd. recalls ‘Waffeletten Dark Waffle rolled product coated with excellent dark chocolate (28%)’ (100g; Bar code 4017100210105) due to undeclared eggs.
