Allergy Alert: Fry’s Food Stores recalls Bakehouse Bread Cranberry Orange Bread (16 oz; Sell By: June 07 2017 and Before; UPC 864934 00004) due to undeclared pecans and tree nuts. The recalled product was sold in all Fry’s Food Stores across Arizona.
Allergy Alert: Gilster-Mary Lee recalls Western Family Onion Soup Mix (4.5-oz cartons; Best By date of APR 10 18 D16; UPC 15400-03604) due to undeclared egg.
Food Safety Recall: Global Garlic Inc. recalls Queso Fresco/Whole Milk Cheese (16 oz pkgs; Expiration date September 19, 2017; UPC 8-96211-00235-9) and Queso Fresco x LB(Barra)/Whole Milk Cheese (5-6 lb pkgs; Expiration date June 17, 2017; no UPC) due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The recalled cheeses were distributed in Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, Louisiana and South Carolina.
Food Safety Recall: Naturally Wholesome Products LLC recalls Wholesome Country Creamery Half & Half (gallon and pint containers; batch code 4052917 or 2060517) due to the presence of alkaline phosphatase enzyme, an indicator of improper or incomplete pasteurization.
Food Safety Recall: Creation Gardens Inc. recalls 22,832 pounds of raw ground beef and beef primal cut products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products. The affected items were shipped to food service locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.

Allergy Alert: Ecom Food Industries recalls Woodland Foods brand De-Steamed (sic) Birdseye Chiles (15.8 kg; Product code L1009867) due to undeclared peanut. The recalled product was supplied to hotels, restaurants and institutional customers in Quebec.
