United States

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION: FDA is investigating a new outbreak of 20 Listeria monocytogenes illnesses that may be associated with a food product. No details have been released.

Allergy Alert: Chocolate and the Chip recalls multiple bakery products due to undeclared wheat, milk, soy, and tree nuts. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

Canada

Food Safety Recall: Création Toi et Moi recalls Sauce Primavera (500 ml & 1 L; Sold up to 5 October 2021) and Sauce à Spaghetti (1 L; Sold up to 5 October 2021) because the items were prepared and packed under conditions that do not ensure safety for human consumption.

Europe

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (Norway): The Norwegian Food Safety Authority and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health are investigating an outbreak of 10 cases of Hepatitis A in several counties. No specific food or water source has been identified.
