Allergy Alert: Peekay International Inc. recalls SWAN DRY APRICOT and KESHAV DRY APRICOT food treats (7-oz and 14-oz pkgs) due to undeclared sulphites.

OUTBREAK ALERT: PHAC is investigating an outbreak of 12 cases of Salmonella Litchfield illnesses in Ontario (10 cases) and Quebec (2 cases) linked to Filicetti brand Italian Style mild, dry, cured sausage. The implicated product was recalled by Longo’s earlier this month.

Allergy Alert: Bavarian Link Meat Products Ltd. (EST. 598) recalls Bavarian Premium Meats Headcheese (5-6kg; All date codes; UPC 6 25787 00501 9) due to undeclared mustard.
