Public Health Alert: Approximately 70 pounds of raw beef ravioli products, produced by P&S Ravioli Company may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. A recall was not initiated because the affected product is no longer available for purchase.

Food Safety Recall: Ramar Foods recalls Peekaboo branded Mint Chocolate Chip with Hidden Spinach Ice Cream product (14 oz; Best before 10/08/2021) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

OUTBREAK ALERT: CDC is investigating a deadly outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes infections linked to hard-boiled eggs produced by Almark Foods of Gainesville, Georgia. Seven cases have been reported from five states; 4 people have been hospitalized, and one person has died. See below for a link to the Almark Foods recall notice.
