Allergy Alert: Tyson Foods Inc. recalls approximately 2,485,374 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) breaded chicken products due to undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which were shipped for institutional use (including schools) nationwide.

Allergy Alert: Conagra Brands, Inc. recalls approximately 700,125 pounds of spaghetti and meatball products due to undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which were shipped nationwide to warehouses for distribution and retail locations.

Allergy Alert: Advance Pierre Foods, Inc. recalls approximately 54,699 pounds of chicken products due to undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which were shipped to food service locations in California, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Allergy Alert: Pork King Sausage recalls approximately 44,035 pounds of raw sausage link products due to undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which were shipped to wholesale and institutional locations in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Allergy Alert: Albertsons Companies (Boise, ID) recalls Vons and Albertsons labeled carrot cake individual slices (7-oz clear plastic clamshell; Distribution dates 09/25/16 – 06/06/17; UPC 0222132-000000) due to undeclared walnuts. The recalled products were sold in Vons, Pavilions, Lucky, and Albertsons stores in California.

Allergy Alert: Giant Eagle recalls Toasted Crumb and Honey Mustard Pretzel Tilapia due to undeclared milk.

Allergy Alert: Hannaford recalls Matlaw’s Panko Breaded Fish Sticks (32 oz; Sell by 8/17/18 and 9/1/18; UPC 41625-22359) due to undeclared milk.

Allergy Alert: Slade Gorton & Co., Inc. recalls Citrus Coconut Tilapia due to undeclared milk.The recalled product was sold at Harris Teeter.

Allergy Alert: Gourmet Boutique LLC recalls approximately 294,744 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken products due to undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of recalled products, which were shipped to institutional locations nationwide.

Allergy Alert: Pilot Seasoning recalls Toasted Coconut Panko Seasoning (4 lbs; UPC 07540 00004) due to undeclared milk. The seasoning was used at Price Chopper in the preparation of Custom Cut – Toasted Coconut Panko Chicken Cutlet, Scale Code 22895 59000 and Self Service – Toasted Coconut Panko Chicken Cutlet, Scale Code 27081 40000, both of which have been recalled by Price Chopper.

Allergy Alert: Stop and Shop recalls Tempo Lemon Dill Seafood Bake (3.5 oz; all date codes; UPC 4140900040) due to undeclared milk.

Food Safety Recall: CC Kitchens, LLC recalls approximately 2,415 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry salad products due to possible Listeria contamination. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall: Club Chef LLC recalls a limited number of cases of Retail Snack Kits due to a possible health risk from Listeria. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which may have been shipped to South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Virginia, North Carolina and Michigan.

Food Safety Recall: General Mills recalls Annie’s Gluten Free Creamy Deluxe Rice Pasta Dinner (Lot code 13 FEB 2018; UPC 13562-21002) because  hot-melt glue pellets from packaging may have gotten into finished product. The recalled product was sold at Buehler’s Fresh Foods, and may also have been sold elsewhere.

Canada

Allergy Alert: Tony’s Meats Ltd. recalls Mr. Donair Sliced Meat (275g; UPC 770343038144) and Mr. Donair Kit (550g; UPC 770343038434) due to undeclared milk. The recalled product was sold at Giant Tiger stores.

Food Safety Recall (Update): Ultima Foods recalls iögo yogurt products due to the potential presence of pieces of plastic. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products, which were supplied to customers nationwide.

Food Recall: Les Aliments Nutrifresh Ltée recalls Dat’Cha Tunisian Dates Deglet Nour (270g and 500g; Lot:15/17; Best Before: 30/09/2018) due to insect contamination. The recalled products were distributed to retailers in Quebec.

Europe

Allergy Alert (UK): Unilever recalls Knorr Chicken Powder Bouillon (900g x 6; All batch codes; All best before dates) due to undeclared milk.

Allergy Alert (UK): The Biltong Farm recalls The Biltong Farm Biltong (All batch codes; All sizes; Best before February 2018; Original, Per-Peri, Sriracha, Black Pepper, Garlic, Biltong Original Powerstix, Biltong Sriracha Powerstix, Hadanero Inferno, Carolina Reaper, Chilli, and Tandoori flavours), due to undeclared celery.

Allergy Alert (UK): Direct Food Solution Ltd recalls Cheese Mayo Spring Onion sandwiches (Use by dates 07/06/17, 08/06/17, 09/06/17, 10/06/17, 11/06/17) due to undeclared soy, and recalls Chicken Kebab with Lettuce Baguette sandwiches (Use by dates 07/06/17, 08/06/17, 09/06/17, 10/06/17, 11/06/17) due to undeclared soy and barley.

Food Safety Recall (Germany): Fromagerie Gillot SAS recalls Cru Gillot Noir brand Coulomniers raw milk cheese (350g; Best before 08/06/2017; Lot No. 094 511) due to  contamination with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli.

Food Safety Recall (Ireland): Mars Chocolate UK and Mars Ireland recall certain Galaxy and Maltesers chocolate products due to possible Salmonella contamination. Please refer to the recall notice for a detailed list of affected products.

Allergy Alert (Australia): WAH LIEN TRADING PTY LTD recalls JHC Thai Coconut Rolls, all flavours (150g; All date codes) due to undeclared egg. The recalled products were sold at Asian supermarkets in VIC, SA and NT.

Allergy Alert (New Zealand): Pasta Vera Ltd recalls Pasta Vera brand Gluten-free Beef Lasagne (4 servings of 270g; Best Before 06/04/18 and 10/04/18) due to undeclared gluten. The product is sold in New World Supermarkets throughout the South Island of New Zealand.
