INTERNATIONAL: CDC Vessel Sanitation Program reports a Norovirus outbreak aboard the cruise ship AIDAdiva during the period November 10, 2025–December 16, 2025. The outbreak caused 95 illnesses among passengers and an additional 6 illnesses among crew members. The cruise began in Hamburg, Germany, and visited 55 ports in 27 countries across four continents, including England, the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, California, and Hawaii.
