Outbreak/Illness Investigations
MULTINATIONAL (Update): The European Centre for Disease Control continues to monitor an outbreak of Salmonella Stanley infections that has sickened as many as 107 individuals (83 confirmed and 24 pending). Cases have been reported in Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Epidemiological investigations indicate a suspected link to chicken-flavoured instant noodles and/or processed chicken products.

Food Safety Recall: Clover Hill Dairy recalls all Clover Hill Soft Ricotta/Requeson cheese due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
Pet Food Safety Recall: Go Raw LLC recalls Steve’s Real Food Chicken Recipe Freeze Dried (1.25 lb bag; Lot C26022; Best buy date 1/22/2028; UPC 6-91730-164 02-7) due to potentially low levels of thiamine (Vitamin B1).
