DENMARK: The Statens Serum Institut is investigating 14 cases of Salmonella Enteritidis (sequence type 11) illnesses spread across three regions of Denmark. Patients are between 2 and 84 years old (median age 69). The source of the infection has not yet been identified.

Food Safety Alert: FDA advises restaurants and retailers not toserve or sell and consumers not to eat all raw oysters harvested between December 22, 2025 and February 4, 2026 from BC 17-20 CLF #1401656 by Stellar Bay Shellfish Ltd., Canada due to possible Norovirus contamination.

Food Safety Recall: Jabbour Export/Import Ltd. recalls Mahrousa Tahina (Arabic characters only) (800g; Expiry 23/06/2026) due to possible Salmonella contamination.
