USA: The states of Oregon and Washington report three cases of E. coli O103 linked to consumption of Twin Sisters Creamery aged raw milk cheese. Victims include one child under five years of age and two adults.

Allergy Alert: Zingerman’s Candy Manufactory recalls Zingerman’s Peanut Butter Crush Full Size Bars (2 oz; Lot #174250) and Zingerman’s Ca$hew Cow Full Size Bars (2 oz; Lot #174250) due to undeclared cashew and undeclared peanut, respectively.

Food Safety Recall: Peterson Company recalls Twin Sisters Creamery brand item# 28855 Whatcom Blue and item# 29608 Farmhouse Cheese raw milk cheese products (multiple manufacturing codes) due to possible shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) and E. coli O103 contamination.
