OUTBREAK INVESTIGATIONS: The FDA has opened investigations into two new foodborne illness outbreaks. The agency is investigating an outbreak of eleven Listeria monocytogenes illnesses and twelve E. coli O103 illnesses.

Allergy Alert: USA Hookah, LLC dba Eltahan recalls Eltahan Golden Raisins (400g; Best by January 20, 2026; UPC 2337660022) due to undeclared sulphites.
