Allergy Alert: Seoul Trading Corp. recalls HanSang brand Pork & Vegetable Gyoza (680g; All Best Before dates from 04.02.2023 up to and including 06.23.2023) due to undeclared milk and coconut.

Food Safety Recall Update: Fruiterie Milano Inc. recalls La Bella Contadina brand Burrata Nadi con latte di bufala (cheese) (125g; Lot code L21177; Date code 21/07/21; UPC 8 032891 701331) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Europe

OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION (Sweden): The Swedish Public Health Authority reports an outbreak of 26 cases of three different types of Salmonella—Havana, Mbandaka and Orion— in 11 regions of the country. Twelve of the cases involve children under five years old. The outbreak has been linked to consumption of tahini and halva products imported from Syria and sold primarily through small specialty stores.

Allergy Alert (Italy): Gra-Com srl recalls multiple varieties of butter due to undeclared gluten. Please refer to the recall link for complete details on the affected products.

Food Safety Recall (France): LIMOISE DISTRIBUTION E.LECLERC recalls Pâté à l’échalote / Shallot pie (Use by 02/08/2021) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Food Safety Recall (France): Mandated industry recall of FUET (Saucisse sèche espagnole) ou produit dont la dénomination commerciale contient le mot FUET / Dry Spanish sausage or products whose trade name contains the word “Fuet” (All brands and production lot codes) due to Salmonella contamination.

Food Safety Recall (Ireland): Derg Farmhouse Cheese recalls Derg Cheddar (Batch #176-0; Best before 20/10/2021) due to elevated histamine levels.

Food Safety Recall (Luxembourg): Tabacs & Journaux Papeterie recalls NIK brand Graines de pastèque torréfiées / Roasted watermelon seeds (200g; Best before 11/02/2023) due to aflatoxin above permitted levels.
