United States

Allergy Alert: Demakes Enterprises, Inc. recalls Thin ‘n Trim Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage Buffalo Style (10-oz vacuum-sealed package; Use-by dates from MAY:17-2017 through DEC: 06-2017) due to undeclared milk. The recalled product was shipped to retail locations in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Allergy Alert: Rajbhog Distributors GA. Inc. recalls Jalebi (Code number-P026 and P027) because the packets may contain undeclared almond pieces. The recalled product was distributed to the grocery stores located in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Allergy Alert: Dedinas Franzak Enterprises recalls several brands of butter flavored popcorn because the products may contain undeclared milk. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products and the states in which they were distributed.

Allergy Alert: Blossom Foods, LLC (Oakland, CA) recalls approximately 15,092 pounds of beef, chicken, and pork products due to undeclared soy and wheat. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products, which were distributed in California and Ohio.

Pharmaceutical Product Safety Recall: Mid Valley Pharmaceutical recalls Doctor Manzanilla Allergy & Decongestant Relief syrup (4 FL OZ. (118 ml) bottle; Lot #23221701; Expiry 05/19; UPC 7 62558 00204 1) and Doctor Manzanilla Cough & Cold syrup (4 FL OZ. (118 ml) bottle; Lot #23221701; Expiry 05/19; UPC 7 62558 00316 1) due to possible contamination with Burkholderia cepacia. The recalled products were distributed in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas to retailers and pharmacies.

Pharmaceutical Product Safety Recall: Lucky Mart Inc. recalls Piyanping Anti-Itch Lotion (0.67 oz (20g) tube in a paper carton. Lots C14005 (Exp. 03/2017), C16001 (Exp. 12/2018), C16002 (Exp. 12/2018)) due to inclusion of an incorrect active ingredient.

Canada

Food Safety Recall: La Galouine Auberge et Restaurant recalls Tartinade de Saumon Fumé / Smoked Salmon Spread (212 mL; All lots produced up to and including 29 August, 2017) because the product may not have been prepared in a manner that would ensure its safety.

Europe

Food Safety Recall (Belgium): OKay and OKay Compact recall OKay Viande pour pita / OKay Meat for Pita (500g; Best by 2/9/2017; Sold from 25/8 through 29/8/17), due to possible Salmonella contamination.

Food Safety Recall (Denmark): Dansk Supermarked Group recalls various lots of cold-smoked salmon and eviscerated salmon due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall (Israel): Villiger Industries Ltd. recalls V-King brand Chilled Smoked Salmon (100g; Produced 8 August 2017; Expiry 8 September 2017) due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Food Safety Recall (Israel): L’Tofod Ltd. recalls Norven frozen, sliced Smoked Trout Filet (350g and 1 kg; Expiry 19/04/18) due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Food Safety Recall (Singapore): Importer recalls London Choco Roll Double choco milk cream cake (28 x 20g pkg; Expiry 29 August 2018; Product of Malaysia) and London Choco Roll Double choco milk cream cake (6 x 20g; Expiry 1 September 2018; Product of Malaysia) due to mold growth as a result of a sealing defect during production.

Australia and New Zealand

Allergy Alert (Australia): Tek Shing Trading Pty Ltd. recalls Chuan Qi Hot Pot Sauce (100g; Best before 12/04/2018) due to undeclared peanuts.
