United States

Allergy Alert: Vibrant Health Products (Abbotsford, B.C., Canada) recalls liveGfree Gluten Free Classic Soft White Hamburger Buns (11.3-ounce blue package; lot numbers ending in #0897) due to undeclared egg. The recalled product was sold through certain ALDI stores from 4/13/2017 to 7/27/2017 in Arkansas, Washington D.C., Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.

Food Safety Recall: JBS USA Inc. recalls CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF GROUND CHUCK 80% LEAN 20% FAT (2-lb. black Styrofoam plastic wrapped trays; Production date 7/15/17; case code 541640) because the product may contain shredded pieces of Styrofoam packaging. The recalled item was shipped to a distribution center in North Carolina for further distribution.

Dietary Supplement Safety Recall: Man of Steel recalls Man of Steel 1 and Man of Steel 2 (4000mg; 175 lots, including expiration dates 10-17-18) due to undeclared Sildenafil.

Canada

Allergy Alert: First Spice Mixing Co. (CAN) Ltd. recalls CBS Mediterranean Breading 2 (25kg; Product code 701-311) due to undeclared milk. The recalled product was supplied to restaurants, hotels and institutional customers in Ontario.

Food Safety Recall: Coopérative de solidarité de Rivière-Pentecôte recalls Spaghetti Sauce (500 mL and 1 L glass jars; all product sold up to July 28, 2017), because the product was not maintained under conditions of refrigeration.

Europe

Food Safety Recall (Denmark): Løgismose recalls Løgismose brand Whole Chicken (Best before 31/7-2017; Lot numbers 1719439961 and 1719931511) due to excessive Campylobacter.

Food Safety Recall (Denmark): Coop Danmark A/S recalls Coop Smag Forskellen brand  GEMELLI 4 COLOR pasta (500g; Best before 28/07/2019) due to insect pest contamination.

Food Safety Recall (Ireland): Lidl Ireland recalls Inismara Irish Mackerel Fillets (300g; Use by 02/07/2017) due to elevated levels of histamine.

Australia and New Zealand

Food Safety Recall (New Zealand): Ready to Eat Ltd t/a Muscle Fuel recalls four meal types due to Listeria contamination. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products, which were sold throughout New Zealand online from the Muscle Fuel website.
