United States

Allergy Alert: Hannaford recalls Carrot Bar Cake (15 oz; Purchased before July 6, 2017; UPC 41268-75817) due to undeclared nuts.

Allergy Alert: Wegmans recalls Wegmans Old fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookies (3 oz; sold in the Sub Shop or in the Café at the Latta Road store on Friday, July 7, between 9 am and noon; UPC 7789037986), due to undeclared walnuts.

Canada

Food Safety Recall (Update): Industry recalls Perron Butter (454g; Product code 143 069; UPC 7 72622 72454 0) and Beurre du Lac Butter (454g; Product code 143 032; UPC 0 62260 00455 6) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The recalled products were supplied to retailers in Quebec.

Food Safety Recall: Comptoir La Boustifaille (Alma, QC) recalls various ready-to-eat products processed in glass jars due to inadequate processing. Please refer to the recall notice for a complete list of affected products.
