OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION UPDATE (Denmark): The Statens Serum Institut has now recorded 51 confirmed cases of Salmonella Typhimurium (sequence type 19). Preliminary epidemiological investigations suggest the source of the outbreak might be ground beef sold in supermarkets across the country.
