Food Safety Recall: Youngstown Grape Distributors Inc. recalls Happy Moose Tropical Roots Juice (12 oz; Lot# H240903-E; Best by 12/02/2024) and Happy Moose Strawberry Fields (12 oz; Lot# H240903-H; Best by 12/02/2024) because a portion of the production made did not complete the High Pressure Processing (HPP) treatment.

USA (Final Update): CDC reports 551 confirmed Salmonella illnesses, including 155 hospitalizations, linked to consumption of whole cucumbers from two (or more) Florida growers. None of the product remains on the market, and the growing season in that region has ended. The CDC considers this outbreak to be over.
