CANADA (Update): The Public Health Agency of Canada continues to track an outbreak of E. coli O26:H11 illnesses across Canada. As of January 26, 2026, 29 cases have been confirmed in seven provinces. Seven people have been hospitalized. The outbreak is linked to consumption of Pillsbury Pizza Pops. Please refer to the updated food safety recall, below.

Food Safety Recall Update: General Mills Canada Corporation recalls Multiple varieties of Pillsbury Pizza Pops due to possible E. coli O26 contamination. The initial recall and update were triggered by findings by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency during its investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak.

Food Safety Recall: Rabiole (Cap-aux-Meules, QC) recalls Tartinade pistache-cajou / Pistachio-cashew tartinade (Sold between 8 July and 19 September 2025) due to possible Salmonella contamination.
