OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION UPDATE (Denmark): The Statens Serum Institut has recorded 27 confirmed cases of Salmonella Enteritidis serotype 11 i across Denmark since May 2023 in an outbreak that has affected multiple countries. The outbreak is believed to be linked to imported pre-fried chicken kebabs.
