OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION: FDA and CDC are investigating a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Thompson illnesses linked to consumption of Gill Onions branded fresh diced onion products. Fifteen people have been hospitalized and 73 confirmed cases have been reported from twenty-two states. Please see the recall notice, below.
