OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION UPDATE: FDA releases list of retailers who sold recalled Rizo-López queso fresco and cotija cheeses and products containing those cheeses. The recalled items have been implicated in an outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes illnesses.
Vitamin Supplement Safety Recall: Nordic Naturals recalls Nordic Naturals Baby’s Vitamin D3 Liquid 400IU (0.76 fl. oz. (22.5 mL); Lot 234909; Expiration date December 2025) due to to a manufacturing error that resulted in an elevated level of Vitamin D3 dosage or super potent dose.
