FDA Warning Letter: FDA warns Bernardo Farms, LLC that an April 21, 2024, through April 25, 2024, inspection of the company’s farm revealed revealed serious violations of the Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption regulation.
FDA Warning Letter: FDA warns Ya Ya Foods USA, LLC that a May 13 to May 16, 2024, inspection of the company’s low-acid canned food facility revealed serious deviations from the Emergency Permit Control regulation and the Thermally Processed Low-Acid Foods Packaged in Hermetically Sealed Containers regulation.
