Food Safety Recall: Big Bottom Milk Company recalls BIG BOTTOM MILK COMPANY, CHOCOLATE MILK GRADE A (pint, half-gallon, and gallon sizes; Expiration dates 09/09/2024 & 09/13/2024) due to required pasteurization temperatures not having been achieved.

Food Safety Recall: Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. recalls Sqwincher Electrolyte Beverage Mix, Orange powder pack (3 lb & 1 lb 8 oz; Lots 2B0165712 & 2B0158245, respectively; Best by 4/25/2026 & 4/26/2026, respectively) due to possible foreign matter contamination (metal).

Food Safety Recall: Lunds & Byerlys recalls L&B Lone Star Dip (12 oz; Best by 10-15-24 & 10-17-24; UPC 18169-74197) due to potential mold growth.

Food Safety Recall: Jack and the Green Sprouts, Inc. recalls Alfalfa and Alfalfa Onion sprouts (5 oz pkg; Lot #300 or 246; UPC 763247198915 or 763247195945, respectively) due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Food Safety Recall: Sofina Foods Inc. recalls Certain Pizza Flavoured Chicken Nuggets (1.3 kg; Best before 2025 JL 25; UPC 0 60249 00973 8) due to foreign matter contamination (pieces of plastic).

United Kingdom and Ireland

Allergy Alert (UK): Waitrose recalls Waitrose Easy to Cook Scottish Salmon En Croute with Cheese and Chive Sauce (350g; Best before 02 October 2024 and 03 October 2024) and Waitrose Easy to Cook Salmon and Sweet Potato Curry (500g; Best before 02 October 2024 and 03 October 2024) due to undeclared milk, mustard, soya and wheat (gluten).

Allergy Alert Update (UK): FGS Ingredients Ltd recalls a number of products containing mustard powder due to undeclared peanuts. Please refer to the recall notice for an updated list of affected products.

Food Safety Recall (UK): Tesco recalls Tesco Finest 6 All Butter Pastry Mince Pies (6-pkg; Best before 04 October 2024, 26 October 2024, 02 November 2024 and 10 November 2024) due to possible foreign matter contamination (pieces of glue from packaging).

Allergy Alert (New Zealand): Big T Asian Supermarket recalls ABC brand Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis (275ml, 600ml and 6kg; All batches and all dates; Product of Indonesia) due to undeclared gluten, soy, sulphites & wheat.
