Food Safety Recall: Tropicale Foods recalls Helados Mexico Mini Cream Variety Pack (Best by 10/11/2025) due to possible Salmonella contamination in the mango bars.
Canada
OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION – Final Update: The Public Health Agency of Canada reports 44 lab-confirmed outbreak cases of extensively drug resistant Salmonella I 4,[5],12:i:- illnesses in six provinces since 2020. The most recent case was is January 2024. The outbreak has been linked to two sources: (1) exposure to raw meat prepared for pets and raw pet food, and (2) contact with cattle, particularly calves. The investigation has now been closed.
Allergy Alert: Maltese Grocery Ltd. recalls Chef Corey’s brand Chicken Pot Pie (1 count; All lots; UPC starts with 0 262710) due to undeclared milk.
