United States
- Food Safety Recall: Pride & Joy Creamery, LLC (Granger, WA) recalls raw fluid milk that may be contaminated with toxin-producing E. coli. The unpasteurized milk was sold at the farm and distributed through nine retail outlets in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Skagit counties.
Canada
- Food Safety Recall: Country Ribbon Inc. recalls Country Ribbon Chicken Bologna (Best before 11OC19; Lot 914), due to the presence of extraneous material in the product. The recalled meat was distributed in Newfoundland and Labrador.

- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1256): Mercury in frozen tuna fillet from Spain; distributed to Italy.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1257): Escherichia coli (O103; O104; O157; stx1 positiv; stx2 positive; eae positive) in frozen wildboar meat from Poland, via the Netherlands; distributed to Italy, the Netherlands and Poland.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1258): Salmonella anatum in chilled boneless pork loin from Germany; distributed to Denmark.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1259): Salmonella in paan leaves from Bangladesh; distributed to the United Kingdom.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1260): Excessive sorbic acid in dried pitted plums from Chile; distributed to the Czech Republic.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1261): Mercury in frozen swordfish from Spain; distributed to Malta.
- Animal Feed Safety Notification (EU #2011.1262): Salmonella infantis in toasted extracted soybean meal from Argentina; distributed to Denmark.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1263): Tin in canned mushrooms from China, via Germany; distributed to Greece.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1264): Salmonella in paan leaves from Bangladesh; distributed to the United Kingdom.

- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1269): Salmonella in paan leaves from Bangladesh; distributed to the United Kingdom.
- Food Safety Notification (EU #2011.1270): Excessive propylene glycol in apple cake from Spain; distributed to Denmark.
Asia, Africa and the Pacific Islands
- OTC Pharmaceutical Product Safety Alert (Singapore): The Health Sciences Authority has suspended the licence of Zerin® tablets, 500mg, manufactured by Jayson Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and distributed in Singapore by Ziwell Medical (S) Pte Ltd. The action was taken due to product defects recently found with the product.
Australia and New Zealand
- Food Safety Recall (Australia): Fonterra Brands (Australia) Pty. Ltd. recalls Mainland Extra Tasty Cheddar Cheese (200g and 400g; Best before 28 February 2012; Product of New Zealand), due to the presence of metal fragments in the cheese.
